Jared spent his early career in sales leadership — watching deals get lost not because of the product or the pitch, but because of what happened before and after it: a slow website, a business that didn't show up on Google, no system for following up on a lead. That experience is the foundation SLATES is built on.
He also founded ROQ, where he builds Groundbreakable, a real estate development intelligence platform, and ROQ Home, homeowner technology. That range shapes how he approaches SLATES: find the specific, fixable thing costing a business customers, then build or implement the fix directly — not sell a generic package.
